We designed the booking UX for two audiences at once (front-desk staff and patients), built the scheduling engine on WordPress with a Vue front end, and automated reminder emails and SMS through the patient’s preferred channel.
No-shows dropped 31%. Front-desk phone time fell by half, and clinics on the platform grew from 4 to 22 in eight months.
